Jue Wang is a highly regarded and experienced optometrist at Vision Camberwell. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Optometry from the University of Melbourne in 2013, Jue has built an extensive career spanning clinical practice, professional education, and advanced specialty contact lens fitting. His early career saw him gain valuable international experience through internships in China and the USA before taking on a role as a Professional Affairs Specialist with Johnson & Johnson Vision in Shanghai, where he trained eye care professionals and contributed to advancing contact lens education.

With a strong passion for complex contact lenses and myopia management, Jue returned to clinical practice in 2017, focusing on specialty lens fitting for conditions such as keratoconus, post-graft corneas, and progressive myopia. He has since established himself as a leading practitioner in these areas, completing the Myopia Education Program with the Brien Holden Institute in 2019 and earning a Certificate in Advanced Contact Lenses from the Australian College of Optometry in 2022.

Since joining Vision Camberwell in 2023, Jue has been an integral part of its reputation as a centre of excellence for myopia management and specialty contact lenses. Recognised for his expertise and commitment to evidence-based care, he was awarded the International Academy Certification in Myopia Management (IACMM) in 2024, and is currently completing his Fellowship with the International Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control, solidifying his standing as a leader in the field. With years of experience and a dedication to advancing patient outcomes, Jue continues to provide the highest level of care in optometry.
